If your item is damaged and you would like to return it for a refund or exchange, please register your refund/exchange on our returns and exchanges platform here.

If a return is required, you will receive a shipping label or the shipping information to send the item back in order to process your refund or exchange. 

In the case of a production effect, we offer a full refund or a replacement within the first 6 months after purchase.
After six months, we provide a 20% discount code for a new purchase.

After one year, we are unfortunately unable to offer compensation.
