Customs charges for US deliveriesUpdated 6 days ago
Starting August 29, 2025, all international shipments to the United States are subject to import duties, taxes, and possible customs clearance fees, regardless of the order value.
These charges are the result of a change in U.S. government policy and are not set, collected, or influenced by our company. They are applied directly by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and may vary depending on the shipping method and the contents of your order.
Unfortunately, these fees must be paid by the recipient in order for the package to be delivered. We do not have the ability to waive or reimburse these costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office or delivery provider to understand what charges may apply before placing your order.
