Refunds: The cost of returning item(s) for a refund, including any shipping label costs, is the customer's responsibility. If applicable, customs fees must also be covered by the customer before the return is processed. In some regions, a return shipping label can be purchased directly through our platform.

! Lost in Transit: Please note that returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse. Ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit, and retain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
