If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations or if you need a different size, we've got you covered. If your item is eligible for a return, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders that are shipped back without registering on the returns portal cannot be processed.

• Exchanges: You can exchange your item for a different size or different product with the same price. 
• Store Credit: You can exchange your item for store credit for a future purchase (with a 5% bonus on the value of the product(s).
• Refunds: Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we offer a full refund upon receipt of the returned item. 
  

Please ensure that all returned items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, and include the correct packaging to facilitate the return process. If you don't meet these requirements, you might not be able to get a refund.

How to return an item for an exchange or refund: To initiate a return, please follow the steps indicated on our returns platform. You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

If you choose an exchange or store credit, return shipping is free of charge for the following countries: Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Portugal, Austria, Spain, Sweden, and Denmark.

If you prefer a refund, it's possible for customers in the following countries to purchase a return shipping label directly through our online platform. The costs are as follows:

The Netherlands - €6.40
Germany - €7.13
France - €11.51
Portugal - €19.08
Austria - €11.37
Spain - €18.97

If you're located outside the listed countries (or if you prefer not to buy a shipping label via the platform), you can return your item(s) via self-shipping. Simply use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to us at your own expense.
