In-Store Purchases
Purchases made at our physical Suspicious Antwerp Store (Kammenstraat 30, 2000 Antwerpen) can either be returned or exchanged in-store or through our online platform. You have 14 days from the purchase date to return or exchange items, provided they are in their original condition.
A receipt is required for any returns or exchanges. This receipt will be sent to you via email after your purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
For in-store purchases, exchanges can be made within 14 days. However, we cannot guarantee availability if the item you want is out of stock. Exchanges are subject to in stock levels.
If you exchange your item in-store, any price differences will be either charged or refunded. If the exchange item is more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference. If the exchange item is less expensive, we'll refund the difference.
If you exchange online, you can only exchange for an item of the same prize.
Please note that exchanges are only accepted if the items are in their original condition with all tags attached. And also please note that underwear and socks are excluded from our return and exchange policy and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I return or exchange my in-store purchase through the website?
Yes, purchases made in-store can be returned or exchanged through our website.
Can I return or exchange my online order in-store?
No, we’re sorry, but online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. All online transactions must be handled directly online.
