When will my package be shipped out?
Your order will be shipped out by December 12.
Is there a queue?
Yes. Due to high traffic on our website during the sale, some items might oversell.
We don't want that. That's why we've implemented a queue-system to give everybody a fair chance and to not disappoint anyone. The estimated waiting time will be displayed while waiting.
How does it work?
When the queue opens at 7PM, everyone who's already on the site will randomly get a place in the queue.
Those who come after, will be placed at the end of the queue.
If you completed your check-out and want to place another order afterwards, you will be assigned to the que again.
Can you make changes or cancellations in your order?
Orders cannot be adjusted or cancelled since the shipping process will start right after the sale. Make sure to double check all details (size, address, email) of the item(s) from your order before you complete the purchase.
I added an item to my cart, but it disappeared when I was about to checkout. Why?
Unfortunately, as other customers were adding the same items to their carts, chances are high that items may have sold out before your purchase was completed. Even so, once out of stock, they can reappear on the website when a customer removes the item from their cart.
If I placed two orders, can you send both together?
No. We cannot combine different orders.
Are returns allowed?
Yes, you can return the item(s) from your order for store credit (+ a 5% bonus) or refund.
Are exchanges allowed?
Yes, we do offer exchanges (only if the size you want to switch to is still in stock).
Do I have to pay additional charges, such as custom duties, to receive my package?
In some cases, customs/import duties are charged once the parcel enters its destination country. Suspicious Antwerp takes care of the shipment, but not of the possible additional expenses. Suspicious Antwerp has no control over these charges and cannot give more information about the additional cost. We’d suggest to contact your local customs office for more information on the current rules, so you won’t be surprised by unexpected fees.
Which payment types do you accept?
VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Bancontact/Mister cash, Paypal, Apple pay, Shopify Pay and Direct Banking.
